The receptionist was professional and friendly, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was amazing. The beds and pillows were so soft, it was like sleeping on a cloud! Super dog friendly (but I suggest shoes for your dog since it still is stickers country), and we loved our stay! Great price and even greater value.
This is a five star Inn. The service was superb and the morning breakfast was excellent! You feel at home. Kudos to associates and management!
I will first start by saying the property in of itself was really nice. Coming off of I-27 at 50th st can be a little tricky because you are making 2 left with double left turn lanes. Day staff including the manager were awesome. The night clerk not so much a little brash...not mean tho'. Breakfast was awesome great selection including biscuits and gravy. Like I said the manager was great despite have to change to a different room the 2nd due to ceiling leaking..also 1st room bathtub could not hold water. (Shaped like a jacuzzi) and no lever to turn on shower. Room 117. In closing given the circumstances of a Texas Tech home football game and every hotel sold out. Yes!!! I would stay here again.
